We are wondering what can be done or if anything we bought a lawnmower about 2 years ago from tractor supply here in dixon IL & on july 4th 2023 it caught our garage on fire & i mean it burnt the whole garage down & no it wasnt leaking any fluids it started right up everytime so our insurance belive something on the lawnmower malfuction & so we would like to know if there us anything your company can do about it & no we havnt had nobody clean the garage up yet & the insurance company came & covered the lawnmower with a tarp within a few days after the fire I am showing your company the fire & the lawnmower before the insurance covered it up

I bought a new generator from troybilt .its the 7000 watts 10,500 starting watts XP series .. i bought it to have it available for when i would need it..i paid $ 1,126.38 as my receipt shows .

I ended up needing the generator a year ago.took it out of the box ,put fresh gas in it ,started right up and then a flash came out of the Field and amateur end of the unit. I then plugged a light into the Generator and the light would not light up.

I took the generator to a repair shop and they told me that the field is fried which would cost about $600 for the part and $300 for the labor. I called Troy bilt And they said too bad it's out of warranty.

I was told that I would be receiving a two-year warranty through the Home Depot, which led to troy Bilt, which I was told was covered by Briggs & Stratton. I got shuffled around by all three of them, and was finally told to take my lawn Moore to the dons small engine repair Which was in charge of their warranty I was told to bring $100 cash for the inspection which would come off of the repair if the unit was under warranty after waiting three weeks I was told the lawnmower had bad gas so there would be no warranty.

I argued that it was brand new gas, but was two months old it was non-Oxsee gas and I did not use the lawn mower for two months due to the fact that I was out of town and the lawn did not need mowing after arguing witthdons small engine repair service man Travis, I was told it would be an additional 300 and some dollars to repair the carburetor, the spark plug and the plugged filter. Ridiculous.

I took the lawnmower home, losing my $100 inspection fee, emptied the gas out of my lawnmower, refilled it and ran the lawn more for approximately one hour on an idle, and it seems to be running fine now and I did not change the spark plug or the air filter. My problem I guess is not so much with Troy Bilt or Home Depot other than the fact that you cannot talk to anybody personally on the phone but dons small engine repair are crooks after reading reviews I believe no one should go there , thank you for listening Jack Johnson

I have had the mower for two years. The motor is fine, a Briggs and Stratton.

The self propelled equipment is terrible. The front wheel drive has no traction. it is not heavy enough in front for traction. The front wheel drive is way too fast.

The pulley ratio for the drive was not correctly engineered. The mower handle is too heavy causing the front wheel drive to lose traction. Last, the mower deck clogs up so fast that it is necessary to clear the grass out of it every few minutes. This seems to be the problem with all the new mowers.

Are these mowers all made by MTD? I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased 23" 3 in 1 Troy Bilt RWD mower from Menard's 4/15/23 Second time I used it the plastic engine cover came off. The pull string was the only thing holding it.

Called to find out how to get missing bolts.

Was told no longer available from Troy Bilt. I was not willing to accept that answer, asked to speak to someone else, and was directed to call Briggs and Stratton. No luck. Took bolts out of my old mower to temporarily fix.

Three weeks later, a huge chunk of the aluminum casting broke off the motor. The front of the motor is no longer attached to the deck, just bounces up and down. I called Troy Bilt, again, and was given a case number and told to take to an authorized servicer. I just received a call from the servicer stating Troy Bilt will not warranty.

Stating that I must have hit something. There is absolutely nothing I can hit or run over, besides grass, in my yard. By far the worst consumer experience. I am now on a crusade.

FORCED TO GIVE A STAR. They do not deserve one.

I purchased a Troy bilt whipper snipper at Kents mt pearl nl on July 03 went home to cut my grass. But experiencedtrouble right away.

With grass clogging the spoil causing the machine to bog out. Went back to Kents next day. July 4 to return it. Was told it had Togo for warranty.

I asked warranty for what. Its brand new she replied. That is the process Im like ur kidding no we cant take the product back unless we get credit from Troy bilt I was told the paper is in the package. Do not return to store.

How do I know that till I get home and open the package. Nobody at Kents told me anything. So now Im out 250 dollars if ye dont contact Kents in mt pearl nl To giv me a refund. I guess Ill use my other options.

All I want is my money back. As of now Im using an old home lite and a electric whipper snipper that I got no issues with.

The people that do the warranty here cant fix it unless it needs a part I am more frustrated every day. Please refund my money
